The role You'll join the firm in a permanent, full-time capacity and secure an opportunity that will incorporate wide-ranging practice support responsibilities. You'll work closely with a newly promoted Partner who has a busy international practice and is a specialist in large-scale litigation. Your day will be varied - working closely with the firm's business support services (finance, BD, HR etc.) to ensure the Partner and their team of lawyers can fully focus on their legal work. You'll provide EA support around meetings, events, and travel, as well as having responsibilities in CRM management and billing. All in all, this is a diverse practice support position, in a great firm, that will allow you to build on your existing Legal Secretarial/Legal EA skills. About you To be considered for the role you will offer: at least three years experience in a legal secretarial style role; your experience will have been gained in a professional services environment; experience in a Partnership environment would be considered favourably You'll have dealt with large commercial clients and complex billing, and while a background in litigation is preferred, transactional experience will be considered. You'll also be a team player - someone who is ready to join a committed group of legal support professionals who work together well. Why apply?
